Nu har jag fått en ny favorit, rostade kikärtor, herre Gud vad gott.

Det känns som ett bättre alternativ och så bra att alltid ha hemma.
Man kan även strö dom över en sallad eller dom tillbehör till mat.

Man kan rosta i ugn eller i stekpanna.
Jag gjorde i stekpanna för att ha lite koll första gången.

Ta en burk färdigkokta kikärtor, skölj dom noga och torka dom torra med hushållspapper.

Häll olja i en stekpanna och i med ärtorna, stek i minst 10-15 minuter.
Dom smäller ibland, ingen fara, men bränn Er inte.
Dom skall ha ett hårt skal, då är dom klara.

I ugn tar det ca 35 minuter i 200 grader.
